How does it work?
Once you purchase the Let’s Explore Your Nutrition Audit, a comprehensive electronic form will be sent to your email address to complete. Please fill this in with as much detail as possible. This form will likely take you around 30 minutes to complete. From there I will evaluate your provided information and create a customised video and nutrition evaluation report explaining your personalised advice. This will then be sent to you via email within 2 business days. As simple as that!

This service is completely online. There is no face to face contact. You will fill in a comprehensive form which we will send to you upon purchasing. After we evaluate your information we will record a video explaining your tailored advice and provide a nutrition evaluation report that you can print out.
With this service you will not receive a recipe pack like you would with a consultation. You are also not paying for the hour of my time to see you. We also may not be able to deep dive into your health as far as we would in a consultation - so really it depends on your needs. You are always welcome to book a followup consultation after receiving your Let's Explore Your Nutrition Audit.

Once you purchase your Let's Explore Your Nutrition Audit, an electronic form will be sent to your email address. We assume it will take you approximately 30 minutes to complete. Please be thorough in your answers.
Once you submit your form back to us, please allow 2 business days to receive your Nutrition Evaluation Plan. (Business days are in AU/NZ time zone)
